Booking a Flight / Purchasing a Flight voucher

When purchasing a Cloud Nine Flight voucher as a gift you may specify a particular date for the flight if you wish, or alternatively leave the voucher open so that the recipient can arrange the flight for themselves.

All flight vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Please note ballooning is very weather dependant - There is no guarantee that the flight will take place on a particular day. In the event of your flight being cancelled another date will be arranged. Flight voucher are not refundable but are fully transferable.
